Payment upon delivery, shipping, and tax fees are non-refundable. If shipping was free, the shipping fee will be deducted at the time of exchange. Exchange is available only once, and replacement products cannot be exchanged again. Procedures: Contact the customer service team via WhatsApp from the number added to the order to request an exchange. Transfer the exchange fee before raising the shipment. Once the product arrives at our warehouses within 1-3 working days, you will be given a discount coupon equal to its value to order a replacement abaya. The amount will be refunded to the customer after the returned product reaches the store and is verified.
